Each of us wants to live in complete harmony with each other, with our family and children, so that our free time is memorable. Every woman wants a man to pay more attention to his family, children and herself, so that taking care of the house is not a burden for her.

However, it is not always possible to find what we are looking for, and family relationships are not always close to ideal. True, there are countries where the family always comes first, and men, first of all, are ready to take an active part in all family affairs.

Venezuela is just such a place where family relationships are close to ideal, although at present there is such a tendency that women are paying more attention to their career growth. However, a woman will always remain a woman, and in any situation she will always reach out to her family and strive to be close to family and friends.

Venezuela is a Catholic country, so many local traditions are based on the observance of Christian norms of behavior. The church is the center of the political, cultural and spiritual life of Venezuela, and the priest enjoys unquestionable authority in the community. Venezuelans are very tolerant of all cultural and racial differences, and mixed marriages are very popular here.

The main thing for every Venezuelan and for the whole society is family. Venezuelans spend much more free time in the family, often even men give up all their hobbies in favor of children and home, believing that this is quite normal and even proud of the amount of time they devote to the hearth.

Men are generally proud of their families, of the success of their children in school or in sports, and are always ready to talk about this with their colleagues at work. Sometimes even the time spent for the family becomes something of a dispute between men over who gives more time to their families. Traveling with the whole family to various events is of great importance in Venezuela, be it a local carnival or even a Sunday mass.

Three generations of a family usually live in the same house in Venezuela, with the elderly having a very high status. Grandparents take care of children if the parents are working, and working parents is normal for Venezuelan families. The grandparents are responsible for preparing food and organizing the rest of family members.

Many women in Venezuela work, and there is no discrimination in this. A lot of women have achieved professional growth in their careers. They even often outperform men in such important structures of the economy.

In general, there are more women in higher education. Women also hold high-ranking positions in politics, as well as a great many women in medicine, law and other government agencies. However, women always manage to devote enough time to their children and family.

Despite the fact that grandparents are not at all opposed to looking after children, parents should still give the basis for raising children. As a result, women, even considering that their work often takes much more time than men, try to devote all their free time to the family.

It is also very interesting in Venezuela and within the public relations. In relations with each other, the Venezuelans are emphatically polite and correct.

However, in Venezuela, many variations of nicknames are in vogue, which are often assigned to interlocutors to facilitate communication. To familiar people, nicknames such as, for example, "my joy" or "my love" can easily be applied, and this will absolutely not confuse anyone.

With friends and well-known people, a more specific nickname can be used, which is more like a nickname, which is formed either on the basis of the interlocutor's external data, or from his type of activity or profession.

Some Venezuelan nicknames may seem rather rude, but it should be borne in mind that there are many nuances in the local language that make it possible to give even a seemingly offensive word a very pleasant and affectionate wording.

Sometimes strange at first glance, nicknames can sound so pleasant in the pronunciation of Venezuelans that one can only smile at this nickname, but not at all be offended. Many foreigners are initially shocked by this behavior of the Venezuelans, but this quickly passes.

Venezuelans are very fond of spending their free time outside the home, constantly attending any events, going out of town with the whole family, or just going for a walk. As a result, there is another feature of Venezuela - the presence of numerous restaurants and cafes, of which there are a great many.

In such places and institutions, their own life is carried on, the same colorful as in the whole republic. Here sports and political events are discussed, deals are made or just a leisurely conversation about everything in the world.

Venezuelans also enjoy eating out and meeting friends at restaurants. Perhaps that is why Venezuela has such a huge number of restaurants and small cafeterias where you can have a snack, have a cup of coffee, talk with friends, or just sit and relax.

Venezuelans have a peculiar attitude to time, and even themselves claim that they live according to their own special Venezuelan time. Here you will never meet a person who is in a hurry, the service in all establishments is unhurried, unhurried, the conversations are long and unhurried, as if the interlocutors are half asleep. Although this refers more to the moment when people are just walking or relaxing, free from work.

Business, business and negotiations are conducted here at a completely different time. All serious business issues in Venezuela are resolved very quickly, literally in a matter of minutes, and conversations are carried out specifically on the case without any deviations from the topic.
